Masha oversees the firm’s human resource and data management activities.  She leads the Personnel Development Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee. She has over fifteen years of experience in financial services.

Masha started her career in the Bank One Scholar Program, a management rotational program which included a full scholarship to business school.  Upon graduating, she accepted a permanent position marketing interest-rate derivatives to middle market clients.  Following the Bank One/JPMorgan merger, Masha moved to JPMorgan Europe to head up surveillance on an $8 billion structured investment vehicle.  Following the sale of the structured investment vehicle, Masha joined the investment desk of Wharton Asset Management (London), and then became one of three Portfolio Managers for Terwin Money Management in Los Angeles specializing in structured product.  The 2008 financial crisis presented a career change opportunity for Masha.  She moved back to Chicago and returned to JPMorgan joining the Financial Leaders team in Private Wealth Management.

Masha received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from The University of Iowa and received her Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
